Preventative Maintenance

Regular HVAC and Refrigeration Maintenance is the best way to ensure optimal performance and trouble free operation.
Our Maintenance plans are the best way to:

We design a maintenance plan to best fit your needs. Plans can include any or all of the following:

  • Inspection and cleaning of evaporator Coils
  • Inspection and cleaning of condenser coils
  • Inspection and cleaning of motor and fan blades
  • Inspection of electrical boxes, contacts and breakers
  • Inspection and cleaning of drain pans
  • Inspection and cleaning of blower assembly
  • Check bearing and sheave wear
  • Check refrigeration and oil levels
  • Check relays and contactors
  • Check suction lines
  • Check belts and replace as needed
  • Monitor system for correct line and load volts/amps
  • Review thermostat settings and recalibrate if needed
